HYDRAULIC/INDUSTRIAL CLUTCHES
The unitized one-piece clutch and bracket bolts directly to the pump flange to eliminate all side load and misalignment on the pump shaft and bearings. Pitts electromagnetic clutches function off the D.C. voltage circuit. A simple flick of a switch gives the operator instant on/off control of the hydraulic system. Pitts clutches will also eliminate continuous system operation, thus increasing pump or motor life and decreasing fuel consumption.
Clutch applications requiring custom features can be specially designed by Pitts engineers to suit your particular requirements. H-Series have a variety of options: 12 or 24 volts D.C. – V-belt or direct drive – 75 to 1500 lb. ft. torque – foot mount brackets for all models.
